to President.
Cara brings more than 30 years of executive leadership and program delivery experience across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, and Federal Civilian agencies. She has a proven track record of scaling organizations, driving operational excellence, and delivering mission-critical solutions in complex federal environments.
In her new role, Cara will lead TrueTandem’s strategic direction, delivery operations, and continued expansion across Federal and Commercial markets—focusing on helping clients maximize the value of existing technology investments while enabling scalable, enterprise-wide transformation.

Prior to joining TrueTandem, Cara served as Chief Operating Officer at Take2, where she led enterprise-wide operations and helped drive over 25% year-over-year growth while maintaining strong profitability. She has also held senior leadership roles at Infor and Accelera Solutions and spent nearly three decades at AMS and CACI leading large-scale federal programs, capture efforts, and high-performing delivery organizations.
